¿Quieres participar como sponsor? 

Necesitamos donaciones para las diferentes actividades que realizaremos en el Dolly Festival. Así que si quieres participar, envíamos un email a:  dollyfestival@hotmail.com  y cuéntanos tu idea o pídenos información. Nosotros te informaremos sobre las ventajas que tendrás si formas parte del equipo sponsors.

Recuerda: Los beneficios irán destinados a fines benéficos.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Las donaciones que recibamos se usarán como premio en las diferentes actividades que se lleven a cabo dentro del evento. Éstas no se limitan sólo a la Rifa Benéfica que se celebrará durante el mismo, sino a diferentes juegos y actividades que también se harán mientras dure el evento. Por esto, necesitamos donaciones de cualquier tipo, magnitud y valor. Según lo que recibamos por parte del sponsor, lo dividiremos en diferentes categorías:

– Sponsor: Todos los productos donados se publicitarán en las Redes Sociales del evento con link o mención al artista o tienda que lo ha donado.

– Sponsor Patrocinador: Donando productos cuyo valor se estime en más de 150€, se publicitará la donación y el artista con una información detallada y varias muestras de su trabajo y la posibilidad de que se canjeen vales de premios en su stand y sus logos aparecerán en la web del evento.

Además, estamos abiertos a recibir vuestros productos, tarjetas y descuentos para incluirlos en los Welcome Pack, es decir, los obsequios que se entregaran a todos los visitantes y participantes de Dolly Festival.

Finalmente queremos especificar que Dolly Festival, en ningún caso, venderá o reservará ninguna donación.

We need donations for the different activities that will take place at Dolly Festival. So if you want to participate, send us an email to: dollyfestival@hotmail.com and tell us your idea or ask us for further information. We will inform you about the advantages you’ll have if you’re part of the team of sponsors.

Remember: The profits will go to charity.

What do we offer?

The different goods that we receive would be used as prices and gifts in the different activities during the event. This means not only in the Charity Raffle but the different games and activities that would be held at Dolly Festival. That’s why we need all kinds of goods, no matter its magnitude or value. Depending on what you give us as sponsor, we will divide it in different categories:

–Sponsor: All donated products will be advertised on the Social Networks of the event with a link or mention to the artist or store that has donated it.

–Official Sponsor: If the estimated value is more than 150€, the donation and the artist will be publicized with detailed information and several samples of their work, they also will have the possibility of redeeming prize vouchers at their stall and their logos will appear on the website of the event.

In addition, we are absolutely opened to receive your products, visit cards or vouchers, to be included in the Welcome Packs, which consist of the gifts that all Dolly Festival’s assistants and participants will receive.

Finally we want to assure that Dolly Festival, in any case, will sell or keep any donation.
